About Kyle
Shore BnB is locally owned by Kyle Altenau. Over the past 10 years, Kyle has developed expertise in creating efficient real estate systems, asset management, commercial mortgage underwriting, and financial modeling.
He is now applying this expertise to his latest venture into vacation rental management. In 2021, Kyle successfully converted some of his own rental units into short term rentals. Several colleagues took notice and enlisted him to manage some of their properties, which led Kyle to launch his own vacation rental management company.
